Kristie Barlow is Miss Teen DC International 2007. Kristie is a youth spokesperson for the Tobacco Free Kids Organization and has developed the Smoking? You Must Be Joking? program to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking to teens and pre-teens; and to make parents aware of the deceptive marketing tactics used by tobacco companies to trick this vulnerable age group into becoming daily smokers.
