Lindsey would like to thank all of her family and friends who have supported her throughout the years and who have made it possible to be where she is today. Having the opportunity to represent
“Jump-In” is a project Lindsey has started two years ago. She feels that one of the problems with teens today is not that they do not want to get involved; it’s that they just don’t know how to get started. “Jump-In” will act as a circuit for community service projects and involvement. For teens that are looking to get involved “Jump-In” will surely help them out.
One of her biggest involvements is with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. This year will be her 5th year participating in the Relay and throughout the years has helped raise over $20,000.
Lindsey and her family have been involved with community involvement for a long time and she hopes that her platform will inspire other teens to become more involved in their community.
