1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
If I could make one rule, it would be: treat people as if they’re going through something you can’t see. We live in a world that moves fast, but a little compassion can slow it down in the best way. Everyone’s carrying something, even if they look fine. So before we react, we should pause, show kindness, and remember that grace doesn’t cost anything—but it can mean everything.

2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
If I could have any superpower, I’d want to read minds. When I present my platform, NetSmart, in schools, I always wonder what the students are thinking—if they’re connecting, if they feel heard. Being able to understand their thoughts would help me serve them better. I’d know when to pause, when to go deeper, and how to reach them in a way that truly sticks. It would make my impact more meaningful.

3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
I think someone becomes an adult when they stop avoiding responsibility and start choosing it. It’s not about turning eighteen or doing taxes. It’s about how you carry yourself in the hard moments. Maturity starts when you look at a situation and ask how you can grow from it instead of running from it. Growing up isn’t a number. It’s a mindset, and it shows in how you treat people.

4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
The most useful thing I’ve learned is that how you treat people will always matter more than how impressive you seem. Kindness might not trend, but it never goes out of style. People may forget your accomplishments, but they remember how you made them feel. Character lasts longer than applause. So in every room I walk into, I try to lead with kindness, confidence, and a little bit of sparkle too.

5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
I think the hardest job in the world is being a parent. They’re responsible for shaping an entire human while surviving on almost no sleep, a lot of worry, and cold coffee. They make decisions every day that influence who we become—and there’s no exact guidebook. It’s a role full of love, but also pressure. I think parents are everyday heroes, even when we forget to do the dishes like they asked us to.
