Julia Yock

Julia Yock is incredibly proud to serve as Miss Teen International 2026, combining her passion for service, movement, and empowering young people to prioritize their mental and physical well-being.

A lifelong athlete and performer, Julia has an extensive background in competitive cheer and dance. She is a varsity competitive cheerleader and has been part of a state championship program, earning recognition as Most Valuable Cheerleader. Her diverse athletic background also includes several years as a competitive gymnast, playing on a championship basketball team, and flag football. Outside of athletics, Julia has pursued her passion for modeling, walking the runway at both New York and Paris Fashion Weeks. She is an honor roll student and enjoys giving back to younger athletes through cheer camps and coaching.

Julia’s passion for movement and wellness inspired her platform, Move With Ambition: For Mind, Body & Health. Over the years, her platform has evolved alongside her experiences into a broader mission centered on the powerful connection between physical activity and mental health. At its heart is the belief that movement is for everyone, regardless of ability, experience, interests, or limitations. From sports and dance to walking, stretching, adaptive activities, or simply getting moving, Julia encourages young people to find what works for them and experience the benefits movement can provide for both mind and body.

Julia supports organizations including NAMI, Dancers Against Cancer, Dancing for Dancers, and Best Buddies through service, fundraising, and awareness efforts. As Miss Teen International 2026, she plans to expand Move With Ambition through appearances, service projects, community partnerships, Mental Health Mondays, and Fitness Fridays, inspiring others to Move With Ambition—For Mind, Body, and Health.
