1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
I want people to show kindness, even to those who look different, believe differently, or come from another culture. Everyone deserves respect and basic human decency, no matter their background.
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
The first thing that comes to mind is the ability to teleport. It would be very convenient, since I wouldn’t ever have to buy gas, plane tickets, or an Uber. With the snap of my fingers, I’d be there. Another plus is that I would feel safe and know I’d get to my destination without problems. If only I had this power to take me to Tennessee!
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
I thought turning 18 made you an adult, but now I see it’s more than just a number. It’s realizing that my choices matter, that no one’s coming to rescue me, and it’s up to me to show up, keep growing, and take ownership of my life. Becoming an adult means learning to stand on my own, even when it’s hard - and being kind while doing it.
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
I’ve learned that no matter how tough life gets, I must keep pushing. As cliché as it sounds, the enemy wants us to doubt ourselves and lose focus. But we can’t let that happen. God has a purpose for each of us, and no matter what it looks like right now, we must keep moving forward and trust His plan.
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
Being a surgeon must be one of the scariest and most complicated jobs. Even with years of medical school, I can’t imagine the pressure of knowing someone’s life is in my hands. Even if trained for it, I think the weight of that responsibility would still feel overwhelming.
