Brielle Erickson - Top Ten Finalist - On-Line Winner

Brielle is a 17-year-old senior at SnohomishHigh School, and enjoys being actively involved in her school and community. She currently serves as a writer on her schools yearbook staff, and as an editor on the newspaper staff. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, National Honor Roll, and National Society of High School Scholars.


During her junior year, Brielle co-founded her own community service organization called SOS (Student Organization of Service) and has spearheaded fundraisers for Invisible Children, March of Dimes, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Presently, she is promoting her platform, Show your LOVE, which encourages youth to Learn about the positive impact that volunteerism has on others, Observe where their help is needed most in the community, Volunteer their time to improve the lives of others, and Educate their peers about the countless benefits of volunteering their time.


Brielle plans to continue working with the March of Dimes and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and has begun working with numerous other organizations including Friendship Adventures and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.


She will graduate in June 2008 and will attend Pacific Lutheran University, majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She hopes to one day become a successful Public Relations Specialist and represent some of the organizations with which she currently works.
