1. What kind of BARBIE do you think you’d be?
My little brother because he is the perfect combination of silly and crazy. He can make anyone laugh. Whether he fools me with a magic trick or mimics me in a pageant gown, he is a ham! And not to mention, my best friend.
2. What’s the weirdest item you keep by your bed?
When I was 2 months old I had to have a tracheotomy. While my neck may look unusual to some, I consider it a constant reminder for me to give my time and talents to others, just as others give to me.
3. What cartoon character do you relate to the most and why?
For the past 13 years I have danced to my heart’s content. Ballet, tap and jazz, keep my heart strong and my body active. More recently I found a new passion to run. In the past year I have run several 5ks and even a half marathon.
4. Would you time travel to the past or future?
My orange dress! This sparkling, playful dress has accompanied me, on the stage, in photo shoots and even to my freshman homecoming. I fear the day I grow out of that dress. But until then, you never know where it might pop up next!
5. How would your parents describe your personality?
Shoes, shoes and more shoes! And of course some essentials like a basic top, a cardigan, dark skinny jeans and a fun skirt. With the basics and an assortment of shoes, a fashion statement can be made any day of the week.
