1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
I have an older sister who loved to play tricks on me whenever I was younger. I think by far one of the funniest pranks she pulled on me was convincing me that the sky was green and the grass was blue. This is such a funny memory that we like to look back on and laugh about.
2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
As a child I was blessed with the ability to play instruments and sing. I grew up watching my older sister spend hours in the dance studio and on the stage. She was an accomplished ballet dancer; however, this ability to dance eluded me. I am not the most coordinated person and I always wished I had the talent my sister had on the dance floor.
3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
I am blessed to know Ethel Smawley who owns a local dress shop in town. I walked into her shop a few years ago looking for my first prom dress and we quickly became friends. She encouraged me to step into the realm of modeling and pageants. She is always so helpful and supportive. I would not be where I am today without her support.
4.What is your favorite movie?
Still to this day, no Halloweeen costume has ever beat my costume from 2010. I was five years old and the cutest, little cowgirl ever. Being born in Tennessee this cowgirl costume brought me back to my roots. The costume consisted of a plaid shirt, a cow print skirt, cowgirl boots and bows in my pigtails.
5.What song makes you think of yourself?
Being from the Volunteer State, one song that always gets me ready to dance is Rocky Top. Nothing beats the excitement of hearing Rocky Top play in a stadium filled with excited Tennessee fans. Go Vols!
