1.What is the funniest thing you believed as a child?
As valedictorian of my 8th grade class I had the honor of performing I Hope You Dance by Lee Ann Womack, in sign language with my peers. I strive to encourage patients I teach through my program, Dancing Through the Pain, to live life to the fullest and never look back with regrets. "When you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance." These are words I live by everyday.
2.What is the one talent you wish you had?
One of my favorite places to shop is Franchesca's Boutique. There unique selections allow me to show my individuality at reasonable prices. The selection of clothing offers a variety of eclectic pieces with a limited amount of items per design. I can mix and match everything and feel like I have a new wardrobe every week!
3.Other than your family, who is your biggest supporter?
When I was a little girl I was able to visit Sea World with my family. Swimming with the Dolphins was my favorite part of the trip for multiple reasons. My mother was not very mobile during this time however, since water can be therapeutic, she was able to participate. Despite her fear of water, my grandma participated as well! Anytime my family and I are together we are bound to have a good time.
4.What is the best costume you’ve ever worn for Halloween?
FLYING! Aviation is a family tradition with my dad being a commercial pilot and my grandfather holding his license as well. I am proud to say that I will be a third generation pilot since I am working on obtaining my helicopter license. This will give me the freedom to pursue my dreams of bringing "Dancing Through the Pain" nationally and internationally.
